Delays

Tracking Your Order

Incorrect Addresses

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first.

PettiYetti is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered.
